OK.  You say you would like to learn how to incorporate healthier food alternatives in your diet, but you don’t have the foggiest on where to begin.
  Start out by slowly incorporating healthier brands.


Let me tell you how I learned when I started using more natural organic foods. Baby steps! I went to the co-op and just started buying a couple things at a time - sometimes saying - what is this tofu stuff and how do you cook it? Well, my husband and I found some recipes and just starting experimenting with it. We thought it was pretty good. We bought a few more brands of organic products with healthier ingredients. We started reading labels more carefully, etc...  It soon became the norm for us. Now it's hard to shop in a regular grocery store.  Once you stay away from more processed foods, your taste buds really get to know the difference.  You truly can tell the difference!

Do we buy 100% organic? No, but we sure try to do as much as we can. We aren't perfect and we know most people aren't either.

We do know the less toxins we put in our body, the healthier we will be in the long run.
