The first couple of years he...everybody...noticed his great gains in strength and size. But, now that he's pushing forty all he's noticing is more muscle cramping and joint popping. If anything, he's losing some size. It seems like he has to work even harder just to maintain. And recovery seems to take twice as long these days. Losing gym days due to all the little colds he picks up doesn't help either! He just can't get out of his workout rut. It almost seems futile; he hits every body part hard at least twice each week...lives on chicken, tuna and rice and has slowly watched his refined 6-pack disappear behind a pony keg!
